Controversial Eedris Abdulkareem has flayed his colleagues who sing about sexual immorality instead of the ills in the society.

The rapper who is known for his blunt remarks asked other artists to learn from him and his style of music as he feels the kind of music that frequent the air waves lack substance and elevating content.

According to him, "for me, music is a call from God; He asked me to speak to the people so I speak for the voiceless. I dont know about the other guys, but for me the music they play today is always talking about boobs, booty and all that. For me I think music should be educative, it should be a platform where one can can educate people. Some wouldn't know what education is all about but when they listen to music, they learn. If you listened to my music 12 years ago, i talked about the ills in the society.

The rapper also further reflected on his music career back in the days and his accomplishments. "I also remembered then when I came back from Egypt when I represented Nigeria at the Olympic Torch with Pat Utomi, Late Dora Akinyuli, Chief Olusegun Odegbami and others, I came back and sang about the ills in the society. "Mr Lecturer" was one of them, Jaga-Jaga was another. Those are the kind of songs I do and for me I think that is the best way to educate people. There are lots of things to talk about; there is rape, there is insecurity and lot more things to talk about. So why would you waste time singing about boobs and booty? it's crazy."
