Are you Hardworking, Smartworking or Networking?

In the agrarian age, it made sense to be hardworking
In the industrial age, it made sense to be smartworking
Now we are in the information technology (computer) age  and being smart and hardworking is not enough since there is little one person can achieve. One is too small a number to achieve greatness. It makes most sense to be networking with people. This is also called human capital. Are you tied to the past? Are still working your body out to get ahead? Are you still tied at the industrial age mentality of working smart?
